Carved Foam Seating

Options with Soft foam insert, Gel Insert, and air insert. The foam can be reinforced in certain areas using higher density foam or ABS reinforcement or aluminum reinforcement to maximise support.

The seat foam is then braced by a ABS shell to support the foam posteriorly and laterally. The foam is covered in a protective Silicon coating, which has excellent stretch qualities ensuring durability of the foam is maintained.

It is also transparent, making it easy to regularly inspect the foam underneath. Every custom made cover is made to the colour choice combination and type (4-Way Stretch, Neoprene, Lycra, and Dartex) for customer, manufactured from a pattern, created individually to match the unique shape of every seat.

Back and seat only options are also available, allowing carved foam to be used in conjunction with other seating solutions.
